How a man punched an innocent fellow

According  to info a man was going to ikeja from opebi when another man entered  the vehicle and suddenly he was shouting  with the driver but the innocent fellow did not like it cause he was shouting  on top of his voice and it made him not to concentrate  on what he was doing, so with  that he felt like the way to settle  the matter  was to help him out in paying  the money  of which the argument  was about ,so with that he the quarrel stopped  and when he got to the bus stop he was going to alight he brought  out some money but noticed that the other man was looking  at him strangely,  so he said I said I would pay ur money,  immediately  the other man was shouting and screaming  at him and that made the innocent fellow feel bad and said he would not pay a dime,  rather than the man to apologize he came up with the talk of 'give me my money's , and the fellow was annoyed  and told him he was not owing him and all of a sudden the man gave him a blow on his face and the fellow was bleeding,  people  rushed to find  out what happened  and judged that the man was going  to treat that fellow.
