How  a fight broke out in a place after election because of presumption

This according to Intel there  was an out break of fight after the election  in opebi  because it was ppresumed by a person whose name is still unknown  that they where videoing  there act, of which this person did not even vote. This accusation was so serious  that it brough about the clash of two houses to fight not about the election but about the videoing. And during the fight there was an injury sustained  by a mother,  and a lady.
