How a 49yrs old man hit and started harassing a 25yrs old boy

A 49yrs old man was caught  harassing a boy named  kunle of the age 25, in opening, it was said according to Intel that the man hit the boy with his car and the boy got pains from it but not that he broke the bones, it was a quite small hit and the boy felt pains in his hands,  the saving grace of the boy was that it didn't hit the legs according  to the man,  which this statement occurred after the man came out of his car and started  harassing the boy instead of apologizing,  people  gathered and questioned  the man but they percieved a strong drink and was decided not to touch him,  because  he was acting according  to the influence of the drink but to stop the man from hurting  the boy they held his hands,  which the man got angry and raised an issue  up,  but sooner the police came and took the man to there van then zoomed off and the crowd gave the boy some few change which could buy medicines to heal the pain and get something  to eat also his transport
